Building Construction Management

Construction Management

  • We act as your Construction Manager. We assist with the preconstruction process with the Design Team, then put the project out to bid to collect "market pricing" from Subcontractors. A control budget is assembled, with a construction management services fee on the overall project costs. The management of the project scope, cost, and schedule are then managed by the Construction Manager.
  • CM as Advisor (CMa)
  • CM as Constructor (CMc)

Design-Build

  • We partner with a Designer (of your choosing or ours)
  • We work with the Designer/s as a Team to develop the project scope
  • Once the scope is approved, the Design-Build project gets put out to bid and moves into Construction

Fast-Tracked

  • You have the need for a new space / renovation and need it to be done 'yesterday'. We understand, curve balls happen. Let us help!
  • We'll work with the Design Team (as required) to expedite state/local approvals and our subcontractor and material vendors to expedite all aspects of the project so we can meet your FAST-TRACK needs.
  • We'll be sure to monitor cost / scope, quality, and schedule all the same, but with the highest sense of urgency.

Aerial Drone Photography & Inspection Services

We find that sometimes a bird's eye view is helpful when communicating about the 'big picture' on our projects. We offer both project related and custom drone photography and inspections. Keep the extension ladder stored away, give us a call!

Self-Perform Ability

BlackGold has the ability to self-perform various aspects of a typical project. Particularly interior work such as demolition, carpentry and finishes. Project specifics (scope, location, schedule & costs) often dictate whether a scope is subcontracted or self-performed. Our ability to perform the work, should the situation require it, adds to our control of the projects and adds value to our clients.
