Self-Perform Ability
BlackGold has the ability to self-perform various aspects of a typical project. Particularly interior work such as demolition, carpentry and finishes. Project specifics (scope, location, schedule & costs) often dictate whether a scope is subcontracted or self-performed. Our ability to perform the work, should the situation require it, adds to our control of a project and adds value to our clients.
