BlackGold, while young in origin, we are experts in the building process. The Executive Team of BlackGold has nearly 70 years of combined commercial construction experience. Our background includes in-depth experience in the Preconstruction/Management as well as the execution of the work in the field.
BlackGold’s beginnings were formed from a repeat, systemic ‘shortcoming’ observed in the industry: a job is awarded and the Contractor places inexperienced management at the lead and absentee supervisor on the project, while the company leadership is seldom found after the Contract ink is dry.
BlackGold sees the value of having the right people at the lead of a project. BlackGold’s management structure keeps each project’s Management Team staffed with direct Owner involvement, and competent / present staff along every step of the process, ensuring that your Project remains our priority!
